Interesting....

A new display is currently at the Library of Congress in Washington D.C. It looks at diet fads and books through the decades. Click to read more about it here.... http://www.usatoday.com/yourlife/food/diet-nutrition/2011-01-19-dietposters19_ST_N.htm

  1. years ago a highschool teacher told us about the dairy farmer campaign in the 50's. They told everyone to eat "grilled" butter sandwiches. That they were so full of calcium and healthy. LOL. Very interesting!

  4. Bethan~ I totally agree! I've read a ton of diet books myself and haven't found one yet that really covers everything about dieting and weightloss truthfully. I think I'm personally learning more from other peoples blogs. They are Real women with the same problems I have. THEY give me the strength to keep at it and help me to see the light at the end of the tunnell.... :)

(Thanks for ALL the comments ladies! :)
